All sales are final. If you placed your order in the last 24 hours and need to amend or cancel, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to find a solution, however in some cases it will not be possible to make changes or cancellations if the order is already being prepared or shipped.

Items on Cravy’s are prepared, packed and shipped directly by our partner restaurants.

Cravy’s partners with UPS and all packages are shipped from partner restaurants to customers directly via UPS. Cravy’s delivers to 50 states (a delivery surcharge will apply for Alaska and Hawaii). Cravy’s is unable to ship products outside the United States.
Our packages are delivered in insulated boxes with cold packs. Every product comes with a unique QR code on the sticker on the product, which once scanned, brings you to the instructions page for that particular product. Here you can see if an item requires cooking or thawing or ready to enjoy once delivered. Some items might be shipped as kits so you might need to reconstruct it before serving.

If the package arrived damaged, please email [email protected] with order number and details. We will respond within 24 hours and work with you to make things right.
