Cravy’s Shipping Policy

 

Cravy’s partners with UPS and all packages are shipped from partner restaurants to customers directly via UPS. Cravy’s delivers to 50 states (a delivery surcharge will apply for Alaska and Hawaii). Cravy’s is unable to ship products outside the United States.

Cravy’s shipments are perishable and we can’t guarantee the condition of the package if UPS has to reroute the shipment. We highly recommend checking all shipping information’s accuracy as UPS delivery intercept charges will apply in case you change the delivery address once your order has shipped. If there is a delivery delay due to address change Cravy’s reserves the right to limit refunds and reorders.

Our packages are delivered in insulated boxes with cold packs. Every product comes with a unique QR code on the product sleeve, which once scanned, brings you to the instructions page for that particular product. Here you can see if an item requires cooking or thawing as well as serving suggestions. Some items might be shipped as kits so you might need to reconstruct it before serving. 

Even if our packages don’t require signature upon delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email once your package is delivered to your address. We strongly recommend you to frequently check the tracking number sent to you or setup instant email or SMS notification to get updates on your shipment using your tracking number on UPS My Choice as the delivery notification email can be sometimes delayed. Please note that carriers might not ring your doorbell so we highly recommend checking your emails frequently on the day of the delivery and opening your package as soon as possible. Delays in opening and/or refrigeration of the products may cause damage and Cravy’s won’t be responsible for such damages due to delays.

Delivery dates given on our website are estimates only and are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date. Once your package is picked up by UPS we have no control over the time they will deliver it. If you wish, you may schedule a delivery window with UPS directly, by signing up to UPS My Choice. You may also track the status of your shipment as well by signing up for email or SMS notifications on UPS MY Choice

We have no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  Cravy’s shall not be held liable for failure or delays in delivery due to “Force Majeure Events” (such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service) or carrier operational issues. 

We cannot accept returns or cancellations once orders are shipped.
